Our experience was horrendous. The rooms were filthy with questionable substance on the bedding and even bed bugs. We had to be moved three times, but every room was just as disgusting as the last. The beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast served expired butter, which was alarming. Despite our complaints, the staff appeared unfazed by the conditions or quality of the food.

During my recent stay, I loved that Halfeld Park was just a few steps away, perfect for an afternoon stroll, and the proximity to the Catedral Metropolitana de Juiz de Fora made for a beautiful walk and a great sightseeing experience.

We enjoyed the billiards at the hotel, explored Cine-Theatro Central, and relaxed in the sauna. The staff treated us really well, making our stay comfortable. Perfect for those looking for fun and good company.
One downside was the pool area could use some maintenance. it felt a bit dated.
